Learn to Row Courses 

Are a great introduction to rowing with experienced coaches and comprehensive facilities. You'll meet other like-minded people and be able to progress with other rowers at your level. Adults

The adult squad is open to all who wish to join, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced 'oarsperson'. A range of fitness and skill levels are catered for and age is no barrier to participation.

The Sunday League

For those beginners who would like a bit of light competition, there is a series of fun and social events held on the first Sunday of the month at various venues in the region. There are side by side races and skills tests against the clock all done in the 'stable' boats. Read more about this on the Northern Rowing website.
